Shouldn’t any politician who votes for the Patriot Act be automatically kicked out of the Tea Party Caucus? Of the 52 official members of Michelle Bachmann’s Tea Party Caucus, 44 of them voted for the Patriot Act on Tuesday. Wow. What part of “small government” and “protect the constitution” do they not understand?
