   I’m very happy the S&P told the gov to right the ship or they are gonna lower the govs credit rating. It’s about time someone stood up and told the gov to get their act together and stop jerking around

   The connection between IK’s comment and the comic is in the first panel of the comic. It states one of the main causes of the economic collapse. IK’s comment refers to the idiocy of blaming targets of political opportunity for the rough economy.
