I just had a bizarre thought — wouldn’t the GOP be better off if they just ran God for president? After all, the Republicans already worship Reagan as if he were a mythological being.

    Bard – several newly elected Republican governors “returned” the federal grants awarded last year for high speed rail.

    As much as that sucks for my friends in FL, I know we could use the money here in MA.

    The scary thing is that, when I first read this I saw “GOD hates…” because that was what I expected. Completely startled to look back and realize that it was “GOP hates…”

    I wonder how a protest like this would actually come off.
