Jon Stewart covers the debate to see who will be the next chairman of the Republican National Committee:
My favorite question at the debate: “Aside from President Reagan, who is your political hero?” And speaking of litmus tests, how about the “how many guns do you own” question?
Stewart is on a roll this week. He should go on two week vacations more often!

More vacations for Jon Stewart???????
Nooooooooooooooo! No-no-no-no-no!
I’m like a junkie without a sanity fix. Friends and family start to avoid me after the first few days. I throw things at the TV. My daughter’s favorite phrase becomes, “you know they can’t hear you” (usually after a politician appears on TV). The man takes enough vacations. I just he a Colbert would stagger their breaks.
“it was the best of times….” Classic.
Oy Vey, This country is totally screwed. Goodbye America. Americans refuse to think, so this is what we get.
This just in: Following the recent decision to edit out the “n” word from Huckleberry Finn, it has been confirmed that the first lines of War and Peace will be adjusted to reflect a “growing sentiment” that they should in fact be identical to the first lines of A Tale of Two Cities. RNC chair Michael Steele has been spearheading the campaign to cover up a slip that shows he may never have actually read his self-described favorite book.
I’d say Norquist’s “how many guns do you own” is particularly telling today. I hope that piece of this video makes the rounds. What a bunch of losers, every single one of them including the questioners.
