According to the Wall Street Journal, US and Iraqi negotiators agreed today to a timetable for the withdrawal of US troops, and Bush is expected to accept the agreement. Isn’t this exactly what Obama has been calling for and McCain has said is “surrender”? Is there a pattern here?
