Comics don’t need to make anything up anymore, because reality is more bizarre than anyone can actually imagine. Trump’s base has absolutely gone off the deep end, and because they can change the result of a Republican primary, they are taking Republican politicians with them. Where do we go from here?

I am constantly amazed at the ability of Republicans (and Democrats sometimes) to willfully ignore problems in their own party. The whitewashing of January 6th continues, and more people seem to be forgetting what was happening there.
IMO, the images from the capitol insurrection should be as ingrained in our public psyche as the images the 9/11 attack. Fewer people died, but it was an at least equal threat to our country.
The only solution I can see is to put Trump and his personal parade of traitors in jail.
The oath is to the Constitution, not a party, man, or agenda
