Your response when you see children wearing masks as they play should be no different from your response to seeing someone beat a kid at Walmart. Call the police immediately, contact child protective services. Keep calling until someone arrives.
— Tucker Carlson on Fox News
By adding masks to the list of things they want the government to control (along with abortion and other things), Tucker Carlson shows that Republicans are actually in favor of the “nanny state” that they pretend to hate.

I think it’s an excellent idea. They call the police and possibly get arrested for a false accusation, wasting police time, and generally being “Karens”. Someone films their actions,it gets posted on FB or other places, maybe a job loss, maybe a national embarrassment? All good. And as an added bonus, it keeps the police busy and productive. I suspect “T”ucker is a plant to make the right look it’s worst. And he’s doing a fine job of it.
Anti-mask + anti-vax = pro-virus.
Republicans have been pro nanny state for a while now. But the idiocy we’ve seen for the past couple of years is beyond belief.
I have to assume that “conservative” Republicans, like Mr. Carlson, have not thought this particular stratagem through to its logical conclusion.
“thinking” and “logic” were surgically extracted from the GOP decades ago.
If I try to guess a coherent strategy for their behavior, it is that keeping Covid alive and thriving will make Biden and the Dems look bad.
There is a word for that strategy, and it rhymes with Treason.
