“The lady doth protest too much, methinks”, in this case I think it is Trump that is shouting his guilt from the rooftops though. From dealing with petulant children when you have metaphorically caught there hand in the cookie jar stealing something that is not theirs, it is painfully clear that this man/child is squirming to avoid being held accountable. It dumbfounds me that it’s not so obvious to everyone.
And Rudy Giuliani’s dime bag philosophy is humorous and sad at the same time but the 1984 George Orwell-ish similarities are frightening in that there is wide spread acceptance of his gibberish. God help us cause we are not doing so well down here.
