Yes he is, and ‘most’ democrats are as well same.
I don’t think democrats actively promoted it so much as just rolled over and allowed it to happen, lest they got branded as “soft on terrorism” as Hannity says in the video.
Well they are now actively defending it what they criticized before. Different between republican tools and democrat tools is of chronology. First one defended it under Bush and are attacking under Obama (perhaps, some are still defending it). The latter was attacking under Bush and now are defending it under Obama (or trying to just spend time showing republican hypocrisy).

Hassan, what I find funny is that you are comparing a supposedly “fair and balanced” news person with a member of a political party. Biden is supposed to be partisan. Hannity is supposed to be not partisan. So I guess you are just proving the point that Fox News is merely a partisan propaganda outlet, and not a valid source of news. Right?
I was not pointing out “republican hypocrisy”. I was pointing out the hypocrisy of Fox News. I guess your point is that there is no difference.
Yeah, sure who said Fox news is not biased, it is definitely in bed with neo-cons.
But you have tools on left as well, there are definitely some fair people who are standing by principles but many are not.
It’s interesting that (most) of those on the left who criticized W’s snooping policies are also criticizing the current situation as well.
Count me among those who consider the Dems every bit as tribal.
Speaking of tribal… I guess you guys belong to the “both parties are just as bad” tribe. Again, this article was not about Republicans or Democrats. It was about a Fox News “reporter”. That is, unless your tribe also just considers Fox News a branch of the Republican party, so it is ok to compare them (Fox News) to Democrats. Sigh.
they are the same, re-election is more inportant then doing the right thing. In this, as in everything, follow the money.
