So what do people think? Is Mitt Romney the inevitable winner of the Republican primary, as each flavor-of-the-month candidate becomes a flash in the pan as they crash and burn?
Or is Romney just too unacceptable to Republican voters? Stay tuned!

If they don’t throw up an unvetted dark horse at the last minute – to avoid all those pesky “questions” about background – yeah, it’ll be Mitt.
LOL If people haven’t seen the animated short “The Cat Came Back” you aren’t getting the whole joke – but this is funny anyway.
An unvetted dark horse candidate is already too late to the party. There is no time to build a campaign organization, get on ballots, etc. The only option would be celebrity with instant name recognition and tremendous popularity, but there aren’t any the Tea Party would support – and the ones they would will never win the general election.
So, at the end of a long and grueling process – it will be Mitt, with one of the Tea Party crazies for VP. It *could* be Cain, but it’s more likely to be someone else – Cantor, for example.
