I love the conservative fever dream that someone they disagree with automatically hates the country or wants to undermine it. I can’t say for certain, but I think Guiliani just hasn’t had enough to do in the last dozen years and has taken to watching The Manchurian Candidate and Red Dawn back to back on a loop while huffing paint. Again, not a certainty, just raising the possibility.
