Read about the WebSite Stormfront: Perfectly legal Free speech.

One of my siblings considers himself a “moderate republican” but he sent me links to ‘articles’ (incoherent rants imho) in Stormfront. The Republican Party has become so extreme that rank and file often can’t tell the difference between their leadership/opinion-leaders and avowed Nazis.
Ike has rolled over in his grave so many times that he doesn’t know up from down anymore. Same probably holds true for Nixon and Sain’t Reagan as well.
Bulletin from WA State, where we broke the pattern: When the shooter lives, the glamor is gone. We know we don’t have to speculate about the killer, it’ll all come out at the trial.
Our local news coverage is all about what worked — really serious advance planning and training, and judicious use of pepper spray by a remarkable student named Jon Meis. The sidewalk graffiti at the shooting site reads: “LOVE PREVAILS.”
Meis released a statement yesterday. Here’s what my local news station excerpted from it: ” I would encourage that hate be met with love. When I came face to face with the attacker, God gave me the eyes to see that he was not a faceless monster, but a very sad and troubled young man.”
There’s basically no coverage of the shooter — he’s just another criminal. And, since he lived, he’s already explained that he wanted the glory of “another Columbine”. Jen Sorenson really nailed it with this one.
