“Look Twice, save a Life”.
On June 24th, my oldest son tinkered with his motorcycle, put on his helmet and took a spin. He got one mile from his apartment when a woman turned left in front of him. She did not look twice.
We held his service on June 29th. He leaves his wife, son age 11, daughter age 8, his mother and father, three brothers and one sister. Large extended family mourning him.
The 23 year old woman has to live with this the rest of her life.
July 4th was not a time for celebration.
