I’m still holding out hope for Jon Huntsman, but this comic is probably right. Does anyone believe it won’t be Mitt Romney?

    I think the RNC is mostly immune to the more extremist conservatives who don’t like Romney because of the health care thing. In all likelihood, unless Palin or Christie jumps in, he’ll get the nomination. Then, it’s just a matter of getting those extremists to support him as the only one able to oust Obama. If it comes down to Romney and Barack, it’s going to be close. Anyone else for the GOP side, and I doubt whether Obama will be denied a second term.

    Only person less likely to get the nomination than Jim Huntsman is John Huntsman. Truth is, Huntsman is the only one in the entire field that doesn’t make me gag.
