I don’t think Obama would have such a hard time sticking to his positions if the leftists that are also upset with him were backhing him up instead. It feels like he’s mostly on his own at the moment. If more of congress stood up in favor of Obama’s jobs bill, maybe there would be a nice healthy discussion and debate over it. Instead, it’s the GOP ganging up on the POTUS once again, and I bet he’s going to concede on every point again.
