It seems apropos that when the new Sarah Palin documentary opened in (an overly optimistic) ten theaters across the nation, for at least one of those theaters the only person in the audience was a member of the press.
Let us pray that her 15 minutes of fame has finally expired. Anyone who thinks that her frequent noises about running for the presidency are anything more than a cheap play for publicity didn’t learn anything after watching Donald Trump whoring himself to the press.
UPDATE: “Palin Documentary Bombs“. Has grossed just $24,000. Already moving to pay-per-view.

Opening against the final Harry Potter movie. Solid move.
A moment of silence please. ..OK, next media wonder. 🙂
Fox News Headline: Palin Movie sells out Theaters
Real News Headline: Palin Movie sells out Grapevine TX Theater.
I am one of the least favorite Palin fans, but one needs to know that this was at 12 midnight, and so I don’t think it was fair.
Besides, I think the same thing will happen at 7 p.m., so the writer did not need to “fix the game” to make the point.
When will you wise up to the mindfuck that is FOX news? Manipulation of microexpressions and expressions is keeping the dittoheads hypnotized. They will vote. They will even vote for Palin. God help us!
Best wishes, from the Darwin Awards.
A) The demo for this movie doesn’t show up to midnight premiers.
B) Open at midnight against a Harry Potter flick? Thanks, Einstein.
I’d seriously like to believe it IK,
but I suspect that we have not heard the last of Sister Sarah. I’m sure there will be more to come… much, much more.
The movie itself apparently is terrible. See http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0711/59188.html
Even conservative film critic Kyle Smith called it “an excruciating combination of bombast and whining.”

The title of the movie is “Undefeated”? Seriously?
I did laugh at this line in the Washington Fancy link, “The film … borrows its title from John Wayne, who could not be reached for comment.”
