Flying on an airplane is patronization of a privately operated service. The 4th Amendment doesn’t apply.
Well, then again, TSA isn’t privately operated. It’s a government agency. So, maybe it does.
Not to mention that airports are owned by the government.
And even if they were completely privately owned, that doesn’t justify assault.
