The first two are stupid, yeah.
However, while I think Bachmann says some pretty deplorable stuff, there is talk in the world of a new global currency, and treasury secretary Geithner acknowledged the idea at the last CFR conference.
I don’t personally think there is a plan to switch the currency, however we should be happy if members of congress are against it.
