The Obamacare Shutdown

Ironically, the rollout of Health Care Reform (AKA Obamacare) is one of the things that will not be affected much by a government shutdown.

    Does Obamacare need any funding regardless? Because it is just telling people to buy from insurance companies, rest pretty much remains same.

    There are subsidies for small companies and for low income people, to help them buy health insurance. That requires money, but it has already been appropriated so it is not affected by the shutdown.
