    First, we need a new SCOTUS. Keep in mind that the Miranda warning was created by Miranda v. Arizona, decided by the Warren court in 1966. More recently, the Roberts court gave us Berghuis v. Thompkins, which severely undermines Miranda. So don’t hold your breath…
