    There are reasons Perry wasn’t the Republican nominee for President in 2012. This demonstrates more than one of them.

    The best regulation of ammonium nitrate may prove to be economic in that 1)liability insurance will likely go through the roof (accidental pun but I’m going with it anyway) and 2) its more expensive than other fertilizers already, without the added risk factors.
