Before you even think about letting any, any Republican in office read "how the GOP became the party of the Rich from November of 2011.

Romney, should he win,(horrible thought), will veer back to the far right as soon as he's in office just to insure that his base is happy and won't dump him in four years. Maybe a one term presidency is a better way to go. They don't have to start running for the next term the minute they take office. Another problem with Romney winning is that his running mate will no doubt be the next presidential candidate. Another horrible thought.

Obama in his opening statement needs to reiterate that it's easier to say whatever you think the audience wants to hear than to tell the truth, and that as President he has a responsibility to tell the truth. Romney will say anything to get elected, but his promises are mathematically impossible and don't believe all his flip flopping promises, look at what the Republicans ACTUALLY DO. The President needs to be there for all Americans not just the wealthy and the extreme right.

I think Bidens performance probably lifted the spirits of demoralized democrats. Obama clearly needs to step it up on tuesday. He has to be clear and articulate his plans and remind low information voters how exactly he has improved the economy and national security. And he needs to remind people that running the country is different from running a business in addition to reminding the people that electing romney means putting the nutjob republicans in power. In all seriousness I wouldn't mind Romney being the president since I think he is somewhat pragmatic. What scares me is that voting him in would be a sign to the hard core republicans that the people agree with their view of what direction this country should headed towards.
