And now there's a story that Mitt wants to SHUT DOWN the U S Postal Service. http://nhlabornews.com/2012/07/romney-working-to-eliminate-the-us-postal-service/
Yeah, like that's going to do wonders for the jobs market. Oh wait, if those jobs are from public sector union members, they don't count against the count.

There is a new one in Iowa from a group I never heard of before that features a woman running in designer exercise clothing through a very nice neighborhood pushing a jogging stroller and bitching about how her husband has lost his job twice in the last four years and blames Obama. We should all be that hard off. One point, 4 years, so did he first lose his job during the Bush administration?

This isn't directly related to your article, but I've found the Romney-approved commercials here in NC to be...well...baffling.

The first one I saw, I literally have no idea what it is talking about. The on-screen graphics are talking about how many jobs we have lost to China, but then complains about "cheaters." And how Obama hasn't stopped the "cheaters." And how Romney will stop the "cheaters." No clue who the cheaters are, or what they are doing. The only thing I can really take away from this ad is that the campaign is investing in some sort of subliminal-esque strategy by saying "Obama" and "cheaters" a lot together.

The most recent one is a little more explicit, and talks about how we've lost 2 million jobs to China, that China is "stealing" our technologies, and that Obama failed to act 7 times to stop this. It is a bit more direct, but still really strange. How is Obama (or Romney, or anyone else) supposed to stop China from "stealing" our technology...which probably wasn't really ours in the first place...

The Crossroads ads, while full of nonsense, are at least much more direct and understandable in their attacks.

I was just wondering if the Romney-approved ads in other states are following this same pattern? I really expected to see a bunch of ads from Romney with standard Republican talking points. This is just bizarre. Once again making me wonder, are they purposefully trying to lose the election?
