Where is that classic right-wing catch phrase, “No one could possibly have foreseen this”?

Or maybe it’s just too early — we won’t hear it til we’re watching footage of conventioneers stranded by flooding, perhaps also without power… because in their reality, where science, logic, history, and fact are all prohibited, no one could foresee a hurricane in coastal Florida at the tail end of August.
