Alton Vern, the reason that the book should be read is that it is about dolts like you being in control. You are a true American idiot!
Thank you Saint.
All of them look mentally challenged; three of them look as if they are autistic or have Asbergers. Either they didn’t read the book or, if they read it, their comprehension is nil.
I don’t think America has any kind of monopoly on this type of idiot, there’s plenty of them to go around unfortunately.
It’s pretty obvious he didn’t actually READ the damn thing. Granted it’s been many years since I read it, but as I recall at the end they were going to be able to recover the Bible (among other books) because the main character had looked at it. Even though the idiotic nation that did the book burnings was destroyed in the end the Bible would continue on thanks to that. That doesn’t sound like it’s putting down Christians to me. (Not to mention I seem to recall a woman refusing to leave her burning house and dying with her Bible, basically standing up for her beliefs even in the face of death.)
I doubt his complaint will get anywhere, and I’m quite certain his daughter is already catching hell at school for this. Can’t say as I fell sorry for her since she started the whole mess. (Yeah let’s judge a book based on the FIRST FEW PAGES. Moron.)

Ironia? A me questi texani ultra-religiosi che vogliono mettere all’indice Fahreneit 451 fanno tristezza.
