Welcome aboard flight 2009.

The last pilot was fired unanamousely by voters and hired a new one, --Captain Obama. He says that we may have false starts. Does that mean that we will crash on take off or somewhere else? He does not know where we are going, does not know when we will arrive, or what it will cost the passengers to get there. It would probably be advisable for the other passengers (Republicans)to not rock the aircraft because we are all in this together.

Oh, the other captain --Captain Bush --he experienced air turbulence and had to take evasive action. That must have disturbed a lot of passengers that were riding for free (Frequent flyers.) Captain Bush had a lot of experience flying but had to take on the job training.

All the frequent flyers are crowding into the cockpit to give the new captain advise on how to fly. I do hope you enjoy your flight.

Well, maybe the nation has changed but remember, in October 2006 950 people in the country knew Obama, knew about Obama, but we had known (the old) John McCain for many years, and we liked him. We all liked him. BUt that was the old John McCain. He even charmed the country enough in spring 2008 to get the Republican nomination. But by November 4 2008 we had all gotten the picture, we knew that this was a new and different John McCain built out of spare parts from old recycled nasty conservatives in Karl Rove's stockpile. That is the John McCain who selected Sarah Palin, who thinks to this day that Africa is a country with political troubles, and who spent her share of campaign funds on clothes.

Keep deluding yourself. As a former Republican fed up with neo-Na..., er-neo-con ideas, just keep deluding yourself that the GOP failures of the last three years is a fluke. The people have spoken LOUD and CLEAR BECASE of the stupidity and corruption of the last 8 years. Do us all a favor and roll out more of Palin in '12..... We needto keep the GOP out of power until the party returns to its long-forgotten true conservative roots and none of this ultra-rightwing crap that's been going on since Reagan.

Of course it's a bogus 'survey result'. The poster is simply trying to avoid admitting that McCain was quickly seen for what he is: an unstable buffoon. Obama is simply a more stable lackey of imperialism whose foreign policy he will soon gladly implement. Good luck, suckers!

This is silly and completely made up. The bi-costal states have been blue for the longest time. You can put any democrat im those states and it will still turn blue. I would fire whoever did your polling because the results are not even close to accurate. That's for this humorous map of the US.

30,000 voters is hardly representative of the nation. Some of these states would have voted democratic no matter who the dem candidate was.

The nation didn't change. A slick media marketing campaign fueled by truckloads of cash changed Obama from a little-known empty-suit state legislator into an international celebrity, much like the Spice Girls.
