Oh lol I get it now, I didn’t look at the Mexico/Canada. Lol this is pretty funny.
This is a takeoff on a famous New Yorker cover from many years ago, which was illustrating how new yorkers viewed the world — there was just New York and then lots of other places that didn’t matter much.
The point being that New Yorker magazine readers would get the joke, but nobody else would.
